All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All orders over $40.00 receive free shipping! 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $40.00 receive free shipping.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We at The Saltwater Cowboys have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
